Machine engraved rolls
They are intended for rolling of a thin wax tape and obtaining empty honeycomb. They are installed into the part for processing unrefined beewax which is a part of a machine for preparing the honeycomb. There is also manual version which goes with the handle.
At present the firm produces rollers both with the plain bearings (bushes) with the cast iron base (old model) and with the frictionless bearings, with body made from steel and the tank made from the stainless steel (new model). The lubrication of frictionless bearings, in contrast to the plain bearings, is carried out only while overhauling of rollers. The resource of work of the rolls with the frictionless bearings has increased.

Smooth machine rolls
They are intended for transformation of the coming out from pressing bars of tapegenerating machine thick wax tape into the thin one. They can be used manually (the set with the handle). They can be either right or left.
They can go with the plain bearings (bushes) with the cast iron base (old model) and with the frictionless bearings, with body made from steel and the tank made from the stainless steel (new model). The lubrication of frictionless bearings, in contrast to the plain bearings, is carried out only while overhauling of rollers. The resource of work of the rolls with the frictionless bearings has increased.

Smooth manual rolls
They are intended for manual transformation of a thick wax tape or wax sheets into the thin one. With the help of smooth manual rolls, the preparation of wax tape for its further processing on the engraved rolls is made.
