Units for production of honeycombs
Currently, Ltd. AVV-100 produces two types of aggregates for the manufacture of honeycombs:
We offer advanced high-performance machines for the manufacture of quality honeycombs
TECHNOLOGIKAL PROCESS OF MAKING HONEYCOMBS
Melted in the bath wax goes to the wax-cleaning bath, where it purifies from alien impurities and water. From wax-cleaning bath wax goes to the underdrum tub of the beltmaking machine and trapped by the outer surface of the nutrient drum which is intensively cooled with water, cools it with a thin film. When the drum rotates the film is cut with a knife, entered the cavity of pressing the boards, compressed and comes out of it a continuous waxy ribbon thickness 4,5 mm. Wax ribbon is cooled by water in a cooling bath, rolls by smooth rollers in a thin wax strip to a thickness of 1,0 ... 1,4 mm, and reels in the receiving bath.
Rolls of thin wax ribbons are immersed in preparations for the bath, which softens before further processing at honeycomb rolling machine. Engraved rolls of this machine are put on the tape cell, and then it is cut with cutting mechanism into sheets and piled up on a rack stacking devices mounted on the honeycomb rolling machine.
EQUIPMENT FEATURES
This equipment, in contrast to the simplified technology, manufactured combs that satisfy all the requirements for it. This is possible due to the presence of special press cameras on the beltmaking machine and of gearbox on the honeycomb rolling machine.
Due to passage of the wax through the press chamber, it condenses, and its composition is leveled along all edges outgoing wax ribbon. This leads to achieving the necessary strength, elasticity and firmness, which is of considerable practical value in setting honeycombs in the hive in the hot season and during pumping honey. At the exit from the press chamber, applying various inserts, you can get a wax strip width of 100 ... 280 mm.
History of development units dates from the end of the 19th century; their design is constantly being improved. For decades, the data sets were produced in the former Soviet Union only in our company and have proved their high efficiency throughout the USSR and the CMEA. Units issued 30-40 years ago, continue to work and now, having a high level of competitiveness in three key indicators: excellent quality of honeycombs, simplicity and reliability, relatively low cost.
